Our online resources are available 24/7. Coram Children’s Legal Centre endeavours to ensure that the information available on this website is current and accurate. However, users must be aware that the information as presented is subject to change.

Coram Children’s Legal Centre cannot be held responsible if changes to the law outdate the information as presented on this site. Please be aware that the information available on this site is only applicable to England.

Our telephone number is 0300 330 5480 and is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Our telephone line is closed on bank holidays and during the Christmas period.

If you would like us to call you back we have a withheld number. You will need to provide us with a telephone number that accepts incoming calls from a withheld number.

We ask that you give us your name, address and telephone number. We are a confidential service and we will not share information that you provide us to third parties. The only times in which we will do this is:

·         We have concerns that a young person is at risk of harm

·         We have a safeguarding concern regarding an adult

·         We are ordered to by way of a Court Order

We cannot advise if you have a lawyer.

We aim to respond to messages within five working days.

If you find it difficult to speak English, we can connect you to an interpreter.

Please note that abusive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to terminate the call if this occurs. Our staff will also not tolerate bad language being used during an advice call.

Coram Children’s Legal Centre will not accept liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience (whether direct or indirect) caused as a result of any inaccuracy or error within the pages of this website.
