Tom, aged 16, was not getting on with his family and was told to leave home by his father and step-mother. He stayed with a friend for a couple of nights but couldn’t stay there for very long. He had slept rough for one night and didn’t know what to do. Tom rang the Children’s Legal Centre for advice.
